Rev. Teddy Fairchild – Senior Pastor
After embracing the transforming reality of God’s redeeming grace in his late twenties, Teddy pursued a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Huntington University followed by a Masters in Ministry from Liberty Theological Seminary. He applied leadership abilities strengthened during his prior service in the Marine Corps to the furthering of Christ’s Kingdom as a Sheriff’s Chaplain and Pastor. Church ministry molded a passion for mentoring leaders and motivating believers to maturity. This passion bleeds into a preaching style that continually challenges the congregation to live for more, to connect with Christ, to connect as community, to be a wholly surrendered people of God. He’s a big fan of golfing, cheering on the Fort Wayne TinCaps, and enjoying everyday life with his wife, Sarah, and two children Julz and Gabriel.
Rev. Jason Haupert – Associate Pastor
Born and raised just outside of South Whitley, Indiana, Jason pursued his love for agriculture by studying Ag Economics at Purdue University. Marrying the “only girl that really got him” in 1997, he and his wife, Tonya, spent the next several years working at the family farm with their two children, Taylor and AJ. After re-committing his life to Christ, Jason led the charge to launch men’s ministries at Emmanuel Community Church in Fort Wayne and pursued his Masters in Ministry from Bethel College. Currently a senior commercial underwriter for Guide One Insurance, Jason continues pursuing God’s lead in his life as an ordained minister in the UBIC denomination and Associate Pastor at CrossLife Church. He seeks to encourage those “questioning,” to teach God’s Word with conviction, and to affirm that the Church is alive and active with the same heartbeat as when Jesus first launched it – to set the captives free.
